Almost all of the standard help documents and FAQs for Priority are available from the Priority Main Menu in the upper right hand corner under ? The main purpose for this help center is to request support for issues and problems that have to do with support rather than training. Please feel free to request support by signing up as a "New User" on the Home Page of this site, and then requesting support with an "Add Ticket" underneath the "Ticket" button once you are signed in. Please note that all companies must be registered with BC in advance in order to sign up as an New User. If your company is not registered with us yet, please send an email to:
